Kelly Anne Erdman
RD, MSc, OLY
- 30+ Years in clinical practice
- Olympian Lived experience
- Team Canada Olympics
Background
An Olympian who became a dietitian.
Kelly Anne Erdman’s path into nutrition practice started on the track. As an Olympian, she experienced firsthand what it meant to fuel for peak performance and equally, what happened when that fuelling fell short. That lived experience shapes everything about how she practises.
Her clinical work has since expanded well beyond elite sport. Kelly Anne specialises in masters athletes and women navigating perimenopause, but also works with couples building healthier habits together, older adults focused on brain health and longevity, and people managing chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and digestive disorders. Her approach is practical and sustainable, focused on small shifts and realistic habits rather than rigid plans.
