I just weighed myself this morning and I am down 15lbs... it has been an amazing transformation for me to get here in the past 2 months.  I didn't actually think it was possible... I feel strong and haven't felt deprived at all. 
It was challenging at first, but I just wanted to say thanks for the advice and having me keep it simple in terms of dieting.  I am racing at Nationals next weekend and am excited to see how my performance will have improved. Thanks again,
